CB Events
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of CB Travel’s services, including travel bookings and related offerings. By accessing our website or confirming a booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these terms.
CB Travel acts as an intermediary between clients and third-party service providers such as airlines, hotels, transport operators, and tour organizers. While we strive to ensure a seamless experience, we do not assume liability for any acts, omissions, delays, or service deficiencies attributable to these providers.
All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only upon receipt of the required payment. Prices, particularly for international travel, are dynamic and may change without prior notice due to currency fluctuations. Full payment must be completed before the commencement of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Clients are solely responsible for ensuring they possess valid travel documentation, including passports with a minimum validity of six months, visas, permits, and any required health certifications. CB Travel is not responsible for denied boarding, entry restrictions, or disruptions resulting from incomplete or incorrect documentation.
While every effort is made to adhere to planned itineraries, circumstances such as weather conditions, operational challenges, or safety concerns may require modifications. In such cases, suitable alternatives of comparable value will be arranged where possible.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CB Travel shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages, including loss of property, personal injury, illness, delays, or disruptions occurring during travel or events. This includes situations arising from force majeure events such as natural disasters, political unrest, government restrictions, or global health crises.
By using our services, you agree to indemnify and hold CB Travel, its employees, partners, and affiliates harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your actions or breach of these terms. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Indian courts.
All prices are exclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless stated otherwise. GST will be charged at prevailing rates, and clients agree to pay all applicable taxes, including international transaction charges and local destination taxes. GST once charged is non-refundable except where required by law. Valid tax invoices will be issued, and clients must provide accurate billing details, including GSTIN if applicable.
In accordance with the Income Tax Act, 1961, Tax Collected at Source (TCS) may apply to overseas tour packages. Clients are responsible for paying TCS as per prevailing regulations. Any changes in tax rates or policies will be applicable at the time of booking and payment.
