Cancellation and Refund Policy

At CB Travel, we understand that travel plans and event arrangements may change due to unforeseen circumstances. This policy outlines the terms under which cancellations may be made and refunds processed, ensuring transparency and fairness for both domestic and international clients.

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email and will be effective only upon acknowledgment by our team during official working hours. Requests received on Sundays or public holidays will be considered on the next working day. Refund eligibility is determined based on the time of cancellation relative to the scheduled departure date or event.

The booking amount and all ticketing components, including but not limited to flight tickets, attraction tickets, and third-party reservations, are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances. If a cancellation is made 60 days or more prior to travel, 50% of the total trip cost or remaining payable amount will be charged. If cancellation occurs 45 days prior to travel, 70% of the total cost will be charged. For cancellations made 30 days or less before travel, 100% of the total cost will be forfeited, and no refund will be applicable.

Once full payment has been made, the booking becomes completely non-cancellable and non-refundable, regardless of the reason, including personal circumstances, travel restrictions, or failure to utilize services. For international bookings, refunds are also subject to the policies of airlines, hotels, and other service providers, as well as destination-specific regulations. Visa fees, travel insurance, special event tickets, and non-refundable flight tickets are not eligible for refunds.

In cases where CB Travel cancels a booking due to force majeure events, operational issues, or vendor constraints, clients will be offered either a full refund or the option to reschedule or choose an alternative package of equivalent value. Refunds, where applicable, are generally processed within 7 to 21 business days, although international transactions may take longer due to banking systems and currency conversions. CB Travel is not liable for exchange rate fluctuations or additional bank charges.

Amendments to bookings are subject to availability and may incur additional charges depending on the timing and nature of the request. All refunds, where applicable, will be processed net of taxes. GST and other statutory taxes are non-refundable except in accordance with applicable laws and successful adjustments with relevant authorities.
